PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door which is provided with unique extensible functions unlike those of the conventional one. SOLUTION: The extensible sliding door, which is comprised of the first door 1 provided with the first storage part 1a having an opening part 1b at one end surface, the second door 2 provided with the second storage part 2a stored freely to be taken in and out in the first storage part 1a through the opening part 1b and having the opening part 2b at one end surface, and the third door 3 stored freely to be taken in and out in the second storage part 2a through the opening part 2b, has a structure that each door 1, 2 and 3 is supported freely slidable along a straight rail 4 mounted to stiles above the doors.
