PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure crystallization apparatus constituted so as to facilitate the replacement of a seal material by facilitating the attachment and detachment of a stopper with respect to the undersurface of a pressurizing device and replacing the seal material at a position separate from a detaching position. SOLUTION: In the pressure crystallization apparatus wherein the opening part provided to the upper end of a cylindrical high pressure container 8 opened at its upper end and having a treatment chamber 9 provided therein is freely opened and closed by a stopper 16 and the stopper 16 is attached to the undersurface of a slider 15 which is freely movable up and down and axial force is applied to the treatment chamber 9 by the movement of the slider 15 to crystallize a substance to be treated in the treatment chamber, the slider 15 is provided with an attaching device 17 for attaching the stopper 16 in a freely detachable manner.
