STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE FRONT PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently soften a shock on a designated obstacle when the obstacle collides with a fender 2 while securing face rigidity of the fender 2 and the fitting rigidity to a car body 1. SOLUTION: The fender 2 is supported on a wheel apron reinforcement 6 by a bracket member 10 disposed below the upper edge part of a fender outer face part 2a constituting the outside surface of the vehicle front part. The bracket member 10 on the outside of the car body is fixed to the wheel apron reinforcement 6, the opposite side thereof is extended to the inside of the car body over the wheel apron reinforcement 6, to thereby support the fender at the extended part 11. The bracket member 10 is formed of fragile material to be broken by shock load applied when the obstacle collides with the fender 2 from above.
