PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable molding of an optical disk having an excellent quantity by enabling good filling of a thermoplastic resin even in an outer periphery of a product cavity. SOLUTION: A fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 respectively have temperature regulating passages 31, 32, 81 and 82 for passing cooling waters around the product cavity 3. A mold unit comprises a heater 36 disposed near the outer periphery of the cavity 3. The heater 36 heats the outer periphery of the cavity 3 to prevent solidifying of the resin before the resin is fully filled in the outer periphery of the cavity 3. Thus, a molding material can be surely and good filled even in the outer periphery of the cavity 3.
