PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, capable of reducing the total cost of a cover assembly by reducing a part cost and an installation cost, while attaining installation stability of a sealing member. SOLUTION: This gasket is composed of a baffle plate part 1, composed of a plate-like hard core material 10 and a soft layer 11 laminated integrally on the surface, and forming an air passage 31 together with an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder head cover 3, a hard support part 2 extending to an opening peripheral edge part of the cylinder head cover 3 by continuing from the hard core material 10, and a soft ring-shaped gasket part 23 formed integrally of the tip of the support part 2. Since both the hard core material 10 and the support part 2 are integrated by a hard material, shape retentivity is superior; and since the gasket part 23 is integrated also, the number of part items is reduced.
