PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an RF(radio frequency) plasma display panel is provided to reduce a discharge voltage. CONSTITUTION: To manufacture an RF plasma display panel, an address electrode(50) is formed on a substrate(48) by printing or Fodel method. A first lower dielectric layer(54) is formed on the address electrode(50) by printing to have via holes for protrusions(51). Metal material is inserted into the via holes. By removing the metal material from the lower dielectric layer(54) by polishing and stripping, protrusions(51) are formed at the via holes. The protrusions(51) are electrically connected to the address electrode(50). Scan electrodes(56) are formed to be orthogonal to the address electrode(50) and auxiliary electrodes(52) are formed on the protrusions(51). A second dielectric layer(58) and a protection film(60) are formed on the scan electrodes(56) and the auxiliary electrodes(52). |
