PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a diaphragm, increase the attracting action of a coil, and improve high-speed responsiveness by reducing the load applied to the root section of the diaphragm opening or closing a fluid passage. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve is provided with a first and a second elastic ring bodies 68a and 68b having a pair of lip sections 70a and 70b formed with an elastic material such as rubber, holding the peripheral edge section of the diaphragm 50, and bent after the displacement of the diaphragm 50.
