PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for fixing an apparatus capable of smoothly moving in T-shaped grooves of a surface plate in order to fix an apparatus on the surface plate with T-shaped grooves. SOLUTION: The fixing device is comprised of a T-shaped member having a protruding portion that is inserted from a notch arranged in a T-shaped groove, and two pieces of nuts. Further, the T-shaped member and nuts are fixed by means of a fixing bolt via a through hole that is arranged in both ends of the T-shaped member.
