PURPOSE: Provided is a metal nail for fracture treatment which is simply inserted into medullary canal to combine bones so that it gives convenience in giving medical treatment and reduces patients' inconvenience. CONSTITUTION: In the metal nail(10) which is inserted into medullar canal of the fractured bone, the metal nail for fracture treatment is characterized by consisting of an elastic load with forming an introduction part(12) which is bended at an edge part to a certain curvature radius and becomes narrower toward the end at the same time wherein a first string is formed at regular intervals along length direction of the load to check the depth wherein medullary canal is inserted.
