PURPOSE: A cup for a shock absorber is provided to reduce a producing cost by decreasing components, to improve workability by removing welding process and to reinforce strength by forming a reinforcing bead. CONSTITUTION: A cup in a shock absorber comprises an outer pipes(110) filled with oil by being mounted on a shock absorber(100); a piston rod(150) moving up and down by being inserted to an inner pipe; a cup(130) installed on an upper front portion of the piston rod by having a cylinder shape; a dust cover(120) mounted on a lower portion of the cup; an inserting unit(122) inserting an outer circumference of the cup buy being formed on the dust cover; a reinforcing curved unit(132) formed on an outer circumference of a cylinder shape; a body(131) arranged on an upper portion of the reinforcing curved unit; a reinforcing bead protruded on the body with a radial shape; and a combining unit(124). The reinforcing bead improves strength. Thereby, the cup of the shock absorber improves workability by removing welding process to reduce a producing cost.
