PURPOSE: A WLL terminal device having a function of storing and reproducing MP3 music file data is provided to download the MP3 music file data over the Internet to store the data in a memory card, and to reproduce the data when necessary, thereby increasing functions of the WLL terminal device. CONSTITUTION: An RF unit(2) processes an RF signal for communicating with a base station(1), and outputs an RF Internet signal connected to a web site having various information systems by using a wireless Internet. A modem(3) demodulates the RF signal or modulates an externally-transmitted signal, and demodulates MP3 music file data. A data signal processor(4) processes a communication signal inputted through the modem(3) or a communication signal inputted through a portable terminal as a baseband signal. A memory card controller(6) receives an MP3 music file data signal to store the signal in a memory card(5), and reproduces web site information according to a web information control signal. A main processor(8) controls a web information processing function of the memory card controller(6), and controls entire functions of a fixing terminal device(7).
