PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for surely attaching the position of an interested region in a picture which picture data shows in picture data. SOLUTION: Digital picture data is displayed and the interested region in the picture is designated. Position information on the designated region is buried in picture data by using the electronic water making technology as an accessory situation.
