PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel vapor discharge suppressing device having a large freedom degree on design to be extremely advantageous for an on-vehicle layout, while deterioration of reliability of a fuel tank and increasing of a cost of parts can be suppressed. SOLUTION: An internal pressure sensor 81 is provided in an air-vent circuit switching valve 72. The internal pressure sensor 81 is fixed in a condition closely sticking its mounting surface to an external peripheral surface of the air-vent circuit switching valve 72. The internal pressure sensor 81 includes an atmospheric pressure introducing part 82 for introducing an atmospheric pressure and a pressure introducing part 83 for introducing a tank internal pressure. In a condition that the internal pressure sensor 81 is fixed to the air-vent circuit switching valve 72, the pressure introducing part 83 is opened to a lower chamber 72b of the air-vent circuit switching valve 72. A pressure in a fuel tank is introduced to the internal pressure sensor 81 through the lower chamber 72b of the air-vent circuit switching valve 72 and a full tank regulating valve 71, the internal pressure sensor 81 detects a pressure inside the fuel tank 10.
