PURPOSE: Reinforcing structure of a case for a shock absorber in a vehicle is provided to improve resistance against a spring by restricting force from being concentrated with distributing force to the upper part of the case, and to improve the quality by preventing breakage of the shock absorber. CONSTITUTION: A spring supporting bar(2) is fixed in the upper part of a case(1) of a shock absorber, and a spring(3) is fixed in the lower part of the spring supporting bar. An inclined surface(5) is formed in the edge of an upper part(4) of the case, and an inclined surface(6) is formed in the spring supporting bar. The inclined surface of the upper part is combined with the inclined surface of the spring supporting bar to distribute force in applying pressure. Breakage of the case is prevented with distributing pressure without concentrating, and the upper part of the case is protected in operating the spring against impact from the road surface. Impact is relieved, and the case of the shock absorber is supported with tension rigidity.
