<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a stable quality concrete product while reducing equipment cost, etc., required for handling incineration ash in a concrete product factory to a low level and effectively utilizing the incineration ash. SOLUTION: The production process of a concrete product using this cement composition comprises mixing 100 pts.wt. of cement and <=50 pts.wt. of incineration ash together, or further grinding the resulting mixture, to produce the cement composition beforehand, and in a concrete product factory, mixing the cement composition with coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a superplasticizer, if necessary, other admixtures and admixing agents, and an adequate amount of water together, to obtain concrete and to produce the objective concrete product from the concrete, wherein even when the incineration ash used is porous, by adding, in the concrete mixing, auxiliary water other than the unit water content in an amount equivalent to about 10% of the amount of water absorption of the incineration ash, after a precast concrete product is determined as the object to be produced, the optimum mix deign as concrete for the concrete product can easily be made through appropriate selection of the water- cement ratio and the ratio of incineration ash to be added to cement.</p> |
