PURPOSE: A cold rolled steel sheet having anti-fingerprint properties without zinc plating operation is provided. CONSTITUTION: Chromate film is formed on one side of annealed cold rolled steel sheet in an amount of 5mg/m¬2 to 100mg/m¬2, and an anti-fingerprint solution comprising silica 10%-90 wt%, surfactant 0.001-1 wt% and a balance of anti-fingerprint resin is formed on the chromate film in an amount of 100mg/m¬2 to 2000mg/m¬2.
