When a printing document delivery mode decision means 207 decides the delivery mode of the printing document on the basis of the analyzed result, a printing document management means 202 transfers the printing document of a vector expression mode requested from one of the data processors or the printing document of an image mode generated by an image mode printing document generation means 208 to one of the printers on the basis of the decided delivery mode.
