PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system determining an activity schedule, time and location of a user by using a personal schedule recorded in a personal information management support system via the Internet and providing the user with appropriate information distributing service. SOLUTION: This system is provided with at least a means of extracting time-position information from a personal schedule data base, estimating a travel route and a traveling means or the like of the user and distributing a menu Web screen displaying forecast information, or a means of estimating the location of the user by the present time and distributing a menu Web screen displaying presently needed information.
