PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient rotational type hydraulic engine. SOLUTION: The eccentric shaft pressurized rotational engine has a structure like rotary engines which eccentrically rotates a rotor, having a triangular or polygonal shape. The rotational shaft is made to undergo continuous rotational movement by pressure provided to the eccentric shaft face of the rotor via rotational joint mechanism from a side.
