PURPOSE: A tele-medicine method by using a telecommunication system is provided to secure the anonymousness of a user and to reduce the concealment of infection by using a telecommunication system in the diagnosis of a disease. CONSTITUTION: A user purchases a sampling kit corresponding to a symptom. An electric sampling kit includes a blood extracting needle, a blood extracting bottle, a saliva collecting bottle, a urine collecting bottle, a self-examination sheet, and a packing container. Blood, saliva and urine of the user are contained in respective bottles, and are closed. The user records the subjective symptom on the self-examination sheet enclosed in the sampling kit. The bottles and the self-examination sheet are put into the packing container, and are sent to a diagnosis center. The center analyzes the test samples based on the subjective symptom. The result of examination is posted on an Internet homepage in the sequence of the ID numbers included in PINs(Personal Information Number). The user searches the result by using the PIN on the homepage.
