METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FUNCTIONAL FLOORING USING NATURAL MATERIAL

A method for manufacturing a functional flooring using natural material is provided to remarkably improve the elasticity, the durability, and the convenience for construction by manufacturing the flooring with a natural silicon. A method for manufacturing a functional flooring using natural material includes the steps of: kneading a mixture of natural components into a clay(S10); manufacturing a formation body for a flooring by forming the clayed natural mixture in a mold(S20); solidifying the formation body for the flooring by first heat-processing the formation body for the flooring and second heat-processing the formation body for the flooring(S32,S34), plasticizing the solidified formation body for the flooring in a heating furnace for 7 to 9 hours(S50); and manufacturing the functional flooring by cooling the plasticized formation body for the flooring(S60).
