PURPOSE: Provided are health socks and a method for manufacturing the same, thereby preventing athlete's foot effectively, being well ventilated, and giving comfortable feeling in wearing. CONSTITUTION: In health socks comprising a main body member(10), a toe insertion member(20), and a covering member(30), the toe inserting member is characterized by comprising an embossing processed ventilation unit(22) its inside to increase ventilation and give comfortable feeling in wearing.
