FAMOTIDINE INJECTION SOLUTION

摘要

Famotidine injections containing famotidine or its salt, a water-soluble aci d amide and an acidic substance each in a specific amount and having a pH valu e of from about 5.5 to about 7.5 and a dynamic viscosity at room temperature o f about 0.9 cSt or more but not more than about 3 cSt. Thus, there has been achieved a remarkable effect of providing famotidine injections containing famotidine at a high concentration, remaining stable over a long time at roo m temperature, never worsening the absorption of famotidine and having a low viscosity which can be hardly provided so far.
