<p>The present invention concerns a method for the manufacture of shield cans (1) and shield cans (1) manufactured by said method. The shield cans (1) comprising a plastic housing (2), a conductive inlay (3) and a conductive gasket (4) are manufactured by a multi-k procedure, preferably a 2-k procedure, in one single mould. The mould part (6), having projections (9, 10) and recesses (7, 8), respectively. The first step of the method is to place a preformed inlay (3) on one projection (9) and then forming the plastic housing (2) on one side of the inlay (3). Then is the rotary mould part (6) rotated, where after the gasket (4) is formed on the side of the inlay (3) opposite the housing (2).</p> |
