PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating skull adhered onto roof of an electric furnace is provided to prevent falling of skull, secure a dust and sludge storage space in a pit under the furnace, and fundamentally solve environmental pollution by effectively powdering skull separated from the roof. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for treating skull adhered onto roof of an electric furnace comprises a hopper(10) which is installed a rotation completion point of the roof inside an enclosure of the electric furnace to collect skull dropped from the roof; a pulverization treatment part comprising a grid plate(20) installed at the inner lower part of the hopper(10), crushing needles(21) which are projected from the upper part of the grid plate(20), a pair of pulverizing rolls(22) which are installed inside a base frame(30) connected to the lower part of the hopper(10) to pulverize crushed skull dropped through the grid plate(20), and driving motors(23) for rotating the pulverizing rolls(22); and a discharge part comprising a transfer pipe installed on the bottom inside the base frame(30), a transfer screw(51) which is installed inside the transfer pipe to transfer the pulverized skull passing through the pulverizing rolls(22), a driving motor which is installed at the side front of the base frame and connected to a rotation shaft of the transfer screw(51), a discharge pipe which is connected to a discharge port of the transfer pipe so that the discharge pipe is extended to a lower facility, and a dust box in which the pulverized skull discharged through the discharge pipe is contained.
