PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a kale, through which kale green soup or the like having rich nutrients contained in kale, excellent in flavor and also easy to eat or drink can be obtained. SOLUTION: This method for processing a kale comprises a freezing step where kale is frozen, a coarsely grinding step where the kale frozen in the freezing step is coarsely ground, and a finely grinding step where the kale coarsely ground in the coarsely grinding step is finely ground using a grinding mill having a grindstone with no pores. |
