Flushing air to which fluid and/or foam is added is fed downwards into the drill hole (7) in order to transport away drilling waste. The drilling waste is separated from the flushing air and deposited on the ground surface. Then, further fluid and/or foam is fed to the drill waste in order to bind the dust.
