PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for molding a circular rubbery elastomer that can enhance quality of a finished product, and can solve the problem caused by shrinkage of the rubbery elastomer and the problem of an equipment that falls into a tendency to grow large, and moreover can be manufactured in low cost. SOLUTION: This molding device is equipped with a rubbery elastomer supplying apparatus 3 such as a rubber extruder that supplies tape-like or belt-like low viscous rubbery elastomer W along a circular standard member 2 which is laid in the center of a plate 1 previously, on one side of the discoid plate 1 rotatable in a horizontal state through a driving motor M. A die 4 equipped with a heating means that molds rubbery elastomer W in one unit and in a circular state while sliding on the surface of the plate 1 is set on the plate 1. |
