PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular soil material for building greening, so as to prevent buildings from aging and relieve a heat island phenomenon of the center of a city. SOLUTION: The objective tubular soil for plants is made on an air wall through putting soil in a hollow pipe (1) with minute perforations and setting the pipe on a building wall, thus enabling greening.
