The method involves constituting a horizontal support and sliding surface (9) i.e. weldable steel plate, at a location of a pile (1), where the surface co-operates with a lower end of the pile. A building structure is erected on the support and sliding surface. The building structure is geometrically positioned and leveled in a space. The support and sliding surface are integrated to the lower end of the pile, at the location of the pile.
