PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a danger that a user, etc., may touch a part of a high temperature even if a surrounding part of a lens becomes high in temperature. SOLUTION: The portable lighting fixture 1 is provided with a lamp body 2; a light source 41 and a battery 47 disposed in the lamp body; and a lens 12 covering a front surface of the light source. A cover ring 49 being a ring-like, covering a surrounding part of the lens from at least a front and supporting a transparent cover 51 opposed to a front surface of the lens is detachably mounted to the lamp body. A communication hole 55 for communicating a space 56 between the lens and the transparent cover with the outside is formed on the cover ring.
