PURPOSE: A composition for a coil stand and a manufacturing method for the coil stand using the composition are provided to achieve a coil stand capable of enduring high tensile force and compressive force and showing high durability and good elastic restitutive force. CONSTITUTION: In the composition for a coil stand containing urethane resin and rubber, a weight ratio of urethane resin to rubber is 7 to 3 or 9 to 1. The manufacturing method of the coil stand using the composition comprises the steps of; heating liquid phase urethane resin to a temperature of 60 to 70deg.C in a furnace after adding solid phase hardener; mixing the molten urethane resin and rubber powder in a ratio of 7 to 3 or 9 to 1; charging the mixture of urethane resin and rubber into a mold and heating the mold to a temperature of 120 to 150deg.C until the mixture will be harden; and aging the harden mixture to a temperature of 100 to 120deg.C after separating the mixture from the mold. |
