PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate failure resulting from attribute of a user and a classification of information when an information system is used. SOLUTION: This system comprises a data center, a terminal, and a medium, information indicating the attributes of the user and the classification name of information are recorded on the medium, and the user is supported by a procedure of a pattern for searching for information.
