When the user carries out upgrade on the information processor (A) 11 or (B) 12, the user's model number and present equipment specification information are transmitted from the user's information processor (A) 11 or (B) 12 to the information-service providing device 15. The information-service providing device 15 provides the user with information in an appropriate upgrade selection range and the effect of performance improvement, the amount of money, and the like, on the basis of the information of the upgrade selectable range of the information processor (A) 11 or (B) 12 and the equipment specifications information of the information processor (A) 11 or (B) 12 for the user. |
