PURPOSE:To fill up a fixed quantity of grease automatically in the ring groove of an oil seal used in a general-purpose motor. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 3 with its size conformed to the size of an oil seal to which a different sized oil seal 1 is attached, is mounted on the turning shaft 11 of a turning gear 4, and the nozzle 14 of a grease feeder 13 is situated in the bottom dead point of a pneumatic cylinder 16. In succession, a slide board 20 is shifted to some extent so as to make the nozzle 14 face to the ring groove 2 of each oil seal 1, and a pin 26 in inserted across a range from a hole installed in the slide board 20 to a hole installed in a fixed point board 27, thereby locking the position of the slide board 20, and a fixed flow rate of grease is discharged out of the grease feeder 13, thus the grease is filled up in the ring groove 2 during one rotation of the oil seal 1. |
