PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management system, in which a reservation manager makes a authentication, accepts a reservation, and manages the reservation based on a reservation request from a mobile communication unit with a Web browser function or the like utilized by customers. SOLUTION: A reservation process is performed, based on the reservation request information requesting a reservation from a reservation requester connected via the Internet in this reservation management system. The reservation request information, including a reservation content and the identification information indicating the telephone number of the reservation requester for identifying the reservation requester, is acquired as the temporary reservation information, the temporary reservation information, having the identification information corresponding to the telephone number of the reservation requester is retrieved, thereby the permanent reservation information authenticated by an authenticating means authenticating the reservation requester is managed, by a permanent reservation information management means of an information offering system. |
