PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WWW server capable of realizing more active information exchange service on an internet, and an operation method of the server. SOLUTION: In this server, browse or evaluation of information provided on a proposed theme is enabled, and point control of a user following the proposal, provision, browse or evaluation is executed. Theme-related information inputted through an information reception screen displayed by a user's terminal is recorded (S90). The point of a user browsing the theme-related information is subtracted, and the point of a user providing the theme is added, and the result is recorded in a database (S60). The evaluation to the them-related information of the user is received through the user's terminal, and the point of the user providing the theme-related information is added corresponding to the evaluation result (S80).
