PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit high-priority data which needs to be periodically transmitted according to its period even when low-priority data is in course of transmission. SOLUTION: When an operation part 103 transmits high-priority data from an operation part 101 or low-priority data from an operation part 102, an operation part 107 performs following control of the operation part 103. If the remaining time of the period until the next data transmission of the operation part 101 which is measured by the operation part 104 is longer then the time necessary for transmitting low-priority data of the operation part 103 which is calculated by the operation part 106, a transmission instruction of the low- priority data is provided. If the remaining time of the period is shorter than the time necessary for transmission, the low-priority data is held in an operation part 108 and then a transmission instruction of the high-priority data is provided. After a lapse of time which is the sum of the time necessary for transmitting the low-priority data in the operation part 103 calculated by the operation part 102 and the remaining time of the period since the time of holding, an instruction of calling back the held data and transmitting it is provided. |
