PURPOSE: A high frequency plasma display panel and a manufacturing method are provided to seal an upper plate and a lower plate at a low temperature and thus avoid cracks, facilitate sealing and coating, and increase discharge efficiency of a secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency plasma display panel comprises a high frequency electrode(60) on an upper plate(52), and an address electrode(56) and a scan electrode(58) on a lower plate(54). The upper plate(52) and the lower plate(54) include first and second barrier ribs(61a,61b). A fluorescent material layer(63) is coated over the first and the second barrier ribs(61a,61b). For high frequency discharge, the first and the second barrier ribs(61a,61b) are set as higher to sufficiently ensure the distance between the high frequency electrode(60) and the scan electrode(58). The first and the second barrier ribs(61a,61b) are formed as grid to separate a discharge space into discharge cells and avoid crosstalk over discharge cells. |
