PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a capsule for housing a PCB container and the method of using the capsules with which leakage and scattering of a PCB liquid can be prevented at all steps, from the transportation time of the PCB container to disassembling of internal components of thereof and the safety be also improved, in the PCB container, in which the components are dipped in the PCB liquid housed inside a container. SOLUTION: A capsule, for housing a PCB container in which internal components are dipped in a PCB liquid, is provided with a capsule body in which the PCB container is fixed inside, and a cover for sealing the capsule body. The cover can be freely replaced with a cleaning cover that can be connected with a cleaning liquid tube to supply/discharge a cleaning liquid to/from the PCB container and a usable cover except for the time the cleaning cover is not in use.
