PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve any information in a standardized way and to efficiently receive the information by adding a common header to information having a format unique to each transaction system on a computer. SOLUTION: A provided data editing means adds the common header for retrieval which consists of a statistic date, an office code, a department code, and a section code to the head of a file format. Consequently, the common header is used in addition to individual indexes by pieces of information and then any information can be retrieved in the standardized way so that the information can efficiently be received. |
