PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building information management system for correctly and rapidly reporting various kinds of information of a building to the respective residents of the respective apartments in the building in real-time by an electronic means. SOLUTION: Personal computers 3-6 are arranged in the respective apartments in the multistory building 1, a personal computer 8 is in the management room of the building 1 and the personal computers 3-6 in the respective apartments are connected to the management room personal computer 8 by communication lines 9 consisting of a telephone network, etc. Modems 10-13 are respectively connected to the personal computers 3-6 and the modems 14-17 respectively connected to the management room personal computer 8. The respective modems 10-17 are respectively connected to the both ends of the communication lines 9 in configuration so as to obtain the building information managing system by which building information is made into data and it is reported to the residents of the respective apartments of the building 1. |
