A dispenser and refrigerator including the same is provided to clean easily by improving accessibility to a dispenser and visibility by attaching and detaching a guide member to a body easily. A dispenser comprises a body forming a moving passage for contents fed from a supply device; and a guide member(210), equipped in the body, allowing it to be removed from the body. The body embedded in a door of a refrigerator guides ejection of contents in which a guide member is selectively protruded depending on a user manipulation and includes a fixed guide(230), fastened inside a body, directing the contents into the guide member.
