PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate match in an intermediary matching system by the Internet and a server where conventionally it was impossible due to extreme complications in managerial problems of corporate managers and continuous appearance of new approaches in corresponding consulting themes. SOLUTION: A plurality of consultants is selected by searching for a consulting theme by a plurality of key words included in a managerial problem. Consultant proposals are provided by the plurality of consultants, and a consultant is determined from them by an adviser of the intermediary matching system and a consultant using manager.
