PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectroscope device that can take an analysis method suitable for each of the variety of analysis purposes. SOLUTION: An ion trap(IT) type mass spectroscope 33 on one hand and a time of flight(TOF) type mass spectroscope on the other hand are arranged so as to be placed on a straight line with an ion deflector 321 interposed in between. The ion supplied from the ion supply source 35 first enters the ion deflector 321 and then is sent to the ion trap type mass spectroscope 33 or the time of flight type mass spectroscope 34. Thereby, the respective mass spectrometric analysis is possible. Since both mass spectroscope devices are on a straight line, after once ion is sent to the ion trap type mass spectroscope 33, it can be sent to the time of flight type mass spectroscope 34 for further analysis.
