PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order receipt/issuance management system capable of simplifying the physical distribution of commodities and the management of money in a sales organization, having a plurality of hierarchy structures. SOLUTION: This order receipt/issuance management system accessibly connected to a primary wholesale dealer terminal, intermediate wholesale dealer terminals, and retail dealer terminals via a network is provided with a deciding means on the hierarchy of an access gaining terminal among the intermediate wholesale dealer terminals or the retail dealer terminals, a means of selecting an order issuing screen corresponding to the hierarchy decided by the deciding means, a means for transmitting the selected order issuing screen to the access gaining intermediate wholesale dealer terminal or the retail dealer terminal, a receiving means for receiving the order of the commodity corresponding to the order issuing screen, and a calculating means for calculating the trade margin of a primary wholesale dealer or an intermediate wholesale dealer located on the upper hierarch of the access, gaining intermediate wholesale dealer terminal or the retail dealer terminal, in response to the reception of the order issuance of the commodity. |
