COLOR CONVERSION FILTER SUBSTRATE, COLOR CONVERSION COLOR DISPLAY EQUIPPED WITH SAME AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion filter substrate and an organic EL display high in productivity and can maintain stable luminous characteristics for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The color conversion filter substrate is equipped at least with a transparent support substrate, a single or multiple kinds of color conversion filter layers arranged on the support substrate with resin films containing fluorescent dye formed in desired patterns, a transparent and evenly formed polymer film layer coating the color conversion filter layers and a transparent inorganic film layer formed over the polymer film layer. The inorganic film layer contains silicon and at least either oxygen or nitrogen and has hydrogen to silicon atomicity ratio of less than one.
