SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making outer wall by welding sphere body with T-piece; assembling outer wall and inner wall in the form of spheric insert with formation of cavity between said walls; preliminarily placing solder onto surfaces to be soldered; welding up ends and heating them for soldering with isothermal soaking; after soldering and cooling in shield-gas atmosphere realizing quenching in protection medium; after cooling until 20 C realizing cold treatment of construction at minus -70±5°C; tempering it at 250±10°C and cooling it in open air. EFFECT: enhanced operationability of construction at extremal conditions due to high strength, high fluid tightness of soldered joint and improved properties of base metal. 1 tbl, 1 dwg
