PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-ceramic composite material which can be made lightweight, and a production method therefor. SOLUTION: The metal-ceramic composite material uses ceramic powder as a reinforcing material, and an aluminum alloy as a matrix. The composite material has a space partitioned by a rib structure by a box made of SUS at the inside.
