PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly correct a difference or degradation in performance due to dispersion or abrasion of various parts. SOLUTION: Apparatus for adjusting a clutch includes an adjustment mode setting means 1 for setting an adjustment mode for adjusting a clutch hydraulic pressure to an appropriate value; a clutch hydraulic pressure varying means 2 for controlling the clutch hydraulic pressure so that it varies gradually if the adjustment mode is set by the setting means 1; a clutch slip start detecting means 3 for detecting the start of clutch slip; a clutch command pressure detecting means 4 for detecting a clutch command pressure at the start of the slip when the detecting means 3 detects the slip; and a clutch hydraulic pressure correcting means 5 for correcting the clutch hydraulic pressure to the appropriate value according to the clutch command pressure detected by the detecting means 4.
